9 killed in mosque shooting in Yemen

An unknown person threw a grenade and opened fire indiscriminately in one of the mosques in the Yemeni province of Al Bayda, Report informs referring to the Al Hadath TV channel.
Nine people were killed in the attack, and twelve were injured.
According to sources, the incident occurred on June 7 in the village of Karn al Asad, where believers gathered for evening prayer. The attacker may have suffered from a mental disorder.
The criminal was detained about an hour and a half after the attack.
One of the victims of the shooting was a 12-year-old boy.
