5.5 magnitude earthquake strikes off coast of Chile

A 5.5 magnitude earthquake has been registered off the coast of Chile, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre.
Report informs via foreign media that the epicenter was located 39 km north of the city of Coquimbo, home to approximately 160,000 people. The earthquake's focus was at a depth of 38 km.
There has been no information on casualties or damage.
