The 31st OSCE Ministerial Council has kicked off in Valletta, Malta, accompanied by heavy rain, Report informs via TASS.
Hosted at the invitation of the OSCE Chair-in-Office, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism of Malta, Ian Borg, the event is gathering foreign ministers from the 57 OSCE participating states.
