200 Nigerian inmates escape in attack on prison

At least 240 inmates have escaped after unidentified gunmen attacked a custodial center in central Nigeria's Kogi state.
Report informs, citing Xinhua, that Nigerian Correctional Service spokesperson Francis Enobore said the attackers broke into the custodial center in Kabba, a town of the Kogi state, Sunday night, after a fierce gun battle with the guards, and forcefully released about 240 inmates.
