In Lithuania, at least 130 educational institutions have received threats claiming that explosive devices had been planted on their premises.
According to LRT, cited by Report, police say they are investigating the information and, so far, it does not appear that there is a genuine threat behind the messages. However, the number of schools receiving such notification messages continues to grow.
Institutions that received the threats have been advised not to interrupt classes or examinations. However, if anything suspicious is discovered, they should immediately notify law enforcement authorities.
