President Ilham Aliyev submits amnesty act to Milli Majlis

The Milli Majlis will adopt an amnesty act.
According to Report, a draft resolution "On amnesty on the occasion of November 8 - Victory Day" signed by President Ilham Aliyev has been submitted to the legislature.
