Pardon decree to be issued on 100th anniversary of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev 

An amnesty decree will be issued on the 100th anniversary of the birth of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Human Rights, Zhid Oruj, said, Report informs.

According to him, three meetings of the Pardon Issues Commission have already been held: "More than 360 documents have been reviewed. I think the meetings will last until May."
