Model bill on reproductive health developed in Azerbaijan

A model bill on reproductive health has been developed in Azerbaijan.

According to Report, the project consists of 4 chapters and 22 articles.

Chapter I of the bill provides for general provisions.

The chapter contains the basic concepts, obligations of the Member State in the field of reproductive health protection, measures for the protection of the reproductive health of women and men, enshrined in separate articles, provisions concerning subjects providing this protection by law, as well as the use of reproductive rights.
