Baku. 23 February. REPORT.AZ/ "President Ilham Aliyev is in charge of signing an amnesty order".
Chairman of the Azerbaijani Parliament (Milli Majlis) Ogtay Asadov said at today’s plenary session.
Speaker said that a great amnesty order will be signed soon.
