Milli Majlis adopts document declaring martial law

Following the discussions in the Milli Majlis, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on declaring martial law under Article 109, Paragraph 29 and Article 111 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan was approved.
