Azerbaijani Army doesn’t target civilian population and civilian infrastructure facilities in anti-terror activities carried out in Karabakh, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense said, Report informs.

“We reiterate that the civilian population and civilian infrastructure facilities are not targeted. Only legitimate military targets are being incapacitated,” the ministry said in a statement.
