Health condition of soldier wounded in Armenian provocation revealed

The condition of a serviceman of Azerbaijan’s State Border Service (SBS), ensign Elshan Rustamov, who was wounded as a result of today’s provocation by Armenia, has been revealed, Report informs.

Elshan Rustamov was taken to a military hospital, his condition is currently stable.

On June 15, at about 8:00 a.m. (GMT+4), the armed forces of Armenia opened fire from firearms of various calibers at the border checkpoint in the Lachin district of Azerbaijan.

A criminal case has been initiated, preliminary investigation is underway.
