Azerbaijani Defense Ministry appeals to those wishing to join commando units

Operational military units (commandos) begin accepting Azerbaijani citizens who wish to enroll voluntarily in extended active military service, Report informs with reference to the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.

From December 26, 2022, through January 26, 2023, military personnel under the age of 30 with an education of at least secondary school, who have completed the fixed-term active military service established by law.

Addresses where documents will be accepted: Baku city, Mushfigabad settlement of the Garadagh district, military units in the cities of Ganja, Barda and Beylagan.

Application time: from 09:00 to 18:00 daily (except Sunday) from December 26, 2022, through January 26, 2023.
