Azerbaijani Army positions fired upon again

On March 18, at around 08:55, units of the Armenian armed forces opened fire on the positions of the Azerbaijani Army from their positions near the Istisu settlement in the Basarkechar district, using small arms, Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry told Report.
