On August 23, at 23:30, Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of the Istisu settlement using small arms subjected to fire the Azerbaijani Army positions in the direction of the Istisu settlement of the Kalbajar district.
Report informs, citing the Ministry of Defense, that the Azerbaijan Army Units took adequate retaliatory measures.
