Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry: Conditions are created for Armenian personnel to leave combat positions

"Conditions are created for Armenian personnel to retreat and voluntarily leave combat positions under the control of our technical and surveillance means," the Head of the Press Service of the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Anar Eyvazov, told a briefing on September 20, Report informs.
The Ministry official said that they were not hit in this case.
