Anvar Afandiyev appointed Deputy Defense Minister - Commander of Land Forces

Major General Anvar Zakariyya Afandiyev has been appointed Deputy Defense Minister - Commander of the Land Forces.

According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard.

According to the order, Afandiyev was relieved of his post as head of the Combat Training Department of the Main Department of Combat Training and Military Education.
