MEDIA chief: Presidential decree on preferential mortgage unrelated to third building

“The relevant decree signed by the president covers all journalists, who meet the established requirements, and this decree has nothing to do with the building, which is conventionally called the `third building',” Executive Director of the Media Development Agency (MEDIA) Ahmad Ismayilov said in response to Report's question about the fate of the third building for journalists.

When asked whether this building could be transferred to journalists on mortgage terms, Ahmad Ismayilov replied.

"The projects mentioned are completely unrelated projects, we do not have any information about the building. We would like to emphasize once again that there are no legal and logical grounds to link the signed decree with this building," he stressed.
