Vahid Hajiyev: 'All conditions have been created for families returning to Aghali village'

All conditions have been created for the families returning to the Aghali village, said the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Zangilan district, part of the East Zangazur Economic Region, Vahid Hajiyev, said during the annual high-level strategic consultations between the government of Azerbaijan and the UN in Aghdam, Report informs.

According to him, 86 families consisting of 450 people moved to the Aghali village within the framework of the Great Return project.

Vahid Hajiyev said that during the restoration of Aghali village, the smart village concept was used, and conditions were created for providing jobs to the residents who returned there: “The infrastructure created in the village is comfortable for the families living here. The implementation of this project coincides with our vision of implementing the Sustainable Development Goals.”
