Report informs that the statement reads:
"As it is known, a group of journalists from Azerbaijan and Armenia, including the Armenian community of the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, have made mutual visits recently. The visits were organized by the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk and his representatives in Baku, Yerevan and Khankandi.
During the visit, Armenian journalists held meetings with Azerbaijani colleagues, representatives of civil society and research centers, familiarized with Orthodox Russian, Jewish and Catholic churches functioning in our country in peace. They visited ASAN Service, DOST Center, Ganja and Guba. The Armenian journalists also got acquainted with the Armenian Church in the center of Baku, where books in Armenian are protected.
The Azerbaijani community of Nagorno-Karabakh also participated in meetings with Armenian journalists.
Armenian journalists witnessed development of Azerbaijan, the multicultural environment in our country, peace and stability, the care of the state for citizens and the prosperity of the regions with their own eyes.
Azerbaijani journalists visited Armenia, as well as occupied regions occupied Shusha and Khankandi, met with the Armenian community of Nagorno-Karabakh and held discussions.
The visit of journalists from the Armenian community of Nagorno-Karabakh to Azerbaijan, Baku, Ganja and Guba, as well as visits of Azerbaijani journalists to Shusha and Khankandi, and meetings with the local Armenian community contribute to the dialogue between the Armenian and Azerbaijani communities of the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
"We have always supported and encouraged dialogue and peaceful coexistence between the Azerbaijani and Armenian communities of the Nagorno-Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We view such visits and meeting from this point of view."
