"Restoration Guide" for monuments in Shusha have been prepared, Azad Jafarli, head of the State Service of Cultural Heritage Conservation, Development and Rehabilitation, at a press conference on the organization's activities in 2021 and plans for 2022, Report informs.

According to him, the document contains information and recommendations in several key areas:

"These are the consequences of the occupation and the destruction, monitoring and inventory of monuments, restoration and regeneration of monuments, the restoration process, identification and localization of monuments, typology and characteristics of buildings, restoration status and risk factors of monuments, emergency protection measures, historical and architectural research, and architectural typology."
