MoD: Azerbaijani Army does not shell settlements, civilian infrastructure

The information spread by the Armenian side about the renewal of the shelling of Khankendi by the Azerbaijani Army is completely untrue.
The press service of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told Report.
"We declare once again that the Azerbaijani Army does not fire on human settlements and civilian infrastructure," the statement said.
