MoD: Azerbaijani Army does not fire on non-military targets

The information spread by Armenia about the alleged shelling of the settlements of Aghdara, Khojavend, and Girmizi Bazar in Nagorno-Karabakh by the Azerbaijani Army is baseless and false, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told Report.
"On the contrary, during the night of October 23 and this morning, the Armenian armed forces intensively fired on Tartar, Agdam and Agjabadi districts.
"Our troops, observing the humanitarian ceasefire, maintain an operational advantage along the entire frontline," the statement emphasized.
