MFA: Opening of Zangazur corridor to create new opportunities for economies of several countries

The opening of the Zangazur corridor will create new opportunities for the economies of several countries, including Central Asia, a representative of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Bunyad Huseynov said during a round table dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Tajikistan at the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center).

According to him, the 30th anniversary of cooperation is a good occasion to remember the past and outline ways of developing relations for the future.

"We support each other in the international arena. We especially value relations between diplomatic departments and embassies. Relations in the field of education are actively developing," Huseynov noted.

He stressed that the new realities in the region after the victory of Azerbaijan in the 44-day war, in particular the opening of the Zangazur corridor, will create new opportunities for the economies of the countries of the South Caucasus, as well as the countries of Central Asia, including Tajikistan.
