Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu has arrived in Baku.
According to Report, he wrote about it on his Twitter page:
"We are once again in Baku with our brothers to exchange views on the latest events in Nagorno-Karabakh to show our strong support for Azerbaijan."
