"I am delighted to be in Baku again in a few months. As you said, the situation has changed dramatically. Many disturbing events have taken place in recent months, and that's why I am here today. The High Representative has contacted your foreign minister and the foreign minister of Armenia. The European Union is very interested in security, stability, and peace in the South Caucasus. I am here to learn about the situation."
EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar told during a speech at a meeting with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on September 25.
