Significant changes have already taken place in the South Caucasus region in the post-conflict period, and Armenia already understands that it is necessary to take a constructive stance and start interacting with Azerbaijan, the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan Kairat Osmonaliev told journalists in Karabakh, Report informs.
"The world community shares Azerbaijan's position on the Karabakh issue. Azerbaijan demonstrates a peaceful policy and is ready for dialogue. Kyrgyzstan offers a 5 + 3 platform, where the countries of Central Asia and the South Caucasus will participate," the ambassador said.
According to him, the ruins in the liberated territories are proof of the barbarism that the Armenians committed. But after the end of the war in Karabakh, the infrastructure is gradually being restored, and resort zones may appear here shortly.
