ICRC vehicles move freely on Khankandi-Lachin road 

Today, conditions have been created for six vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to unimpededly move on the Khankandi-Lachin road passing through Shusha, Report informs.

This shows once again that there are no restrictions on the movement of humanitarian vehicles.
