ICRC vehicles freely use Khankandi-Lachin road

Today, conditions were created for the movement of seven vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) with passengers of Armenian origin on the Khankandi-Lachin road passing through Shusha, Report informs.

Six passenger cars and a truck moved through the road without hindrance.

This, once again, shows no restrictions on the movement of humanitarian vehicles.
