Georgian PM says end of Karabakh war to create new opportunities in region

Georgia supports peace, stability, and tranquility in the region, Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said at a joint briefing with Nikol Pashinyan, Report's local bureau informs.
"I hope that new opportunities will open up with the end of the Karabakh war. Georgia is ready to consider new opportunities for cooperation in the region," Garibashvili added.
He also touched upon the humanitarian agreement reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia through Georgia: "This was an unprecedented event. Georgia is ready to continue to play a mediator role between Azerbaijan and Armenia."
