French MFA: We do not recognize Nagorno-Karabakh Republic

The French Foreign Ministry has commented on approving a draft resolution by the Senate on recognizing the so-called Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Report informs, citing the ministry.

"The French Senate has adopted a draft resolution on the recognition of the so-called Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. During the pre-vote discussions, Foreign Ministry Secretary of State Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne recalled the government's position on the issue. The MFA does not recognize the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic," the statement said.
