Four ICRC vehicles move freely from Khankandi to Lachin

Today, conditions were created for the movement of four vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on the Khankandi-Lachin road passing through Shusha, Report informs.

The passenger cars moved freely from Khankandi to Lachin.

This once again shows that there are no restrictions on the movement of humanitarian vehicles despite the protest action.
