“Russia will respect the opinion of the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict if they decide to change the format of the talks,” spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said.
Report informs that she spoke at a briefing.
"Russia, as a co-chair country of the OSCE Minsk group, has repeatedly spoken about the negotiation format, which can be changed only upon the consent of the parties," Zakharova noted.
