Russian MFA: Format of negotiations on Karabakh settlement can be changed only at parties' consent

“Russia will respect the opinion of the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict if they decide to change the format of the talks,” spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said.
Report informs that she spoke at a briefing.
"Russia, as a co-chair country of the OSCE Minsk group, has repeatedly spoken about the negotiation format, which can be changed only upon the consent of the parties," Zakharova noted.
According to her, this is also the position of the OSCE Minsk group (MG) co-chair countries which can be found in their latest statement.
