Azerbaijan to present new report on Armenia's war crimes in Karabakh

On World Human Rights Day, December 10, Azerbaijan will present a new report on war crimes committed by Armenia during the occupation of Karabakh, Azerbaijan's Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsperson) Sabina Aliyeva told Report.

She noted that detailed information about the new report will be provided to the press on this day.

Aliyeva reminded that she also addressed this topic in her speech at the 24th Session of the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission (IPHRC) at the OIC Headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on November 24.

"Of course, Karabakh is the main topic of all our events. The OIC Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission also provides close support to Azerbaijan on this issue. The Khojaly genocide has been recognized by the OIC as an act of genocide, there was a sharp reaction to the bombing of Barda city by Armenian forces, and various resolutions and decisions are regularly adopted. Our joint report will also be presented," the ombudsperson added.

Sabina Aliyeva is visiting Ankara to participate in the first meeting of the International Council of Turkic World Mediators Union.
