Arayik Harutyunyan, Jalal Harutyunyan on international wanted list

"Arayik Harutyunyan and Jalal Harutyunyan have been put on the international wanted list," the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev said, Report informs.

According to him, David Babayan (former head of the so-called “Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Karabakh”), Arayik Harutyunyan (ex-head of the Armenian separatist illegal regime created in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan), Jalal Harutyunyan (former head of the armed Armenian formations) are on the international wanted list in connection with rocket attacks on the civilian population of Ganja and the killing of civilians during the Patriotic War: “One of them is already in prison and an investigation is underway. Soon, the Azerbaijani public will receive detailed information.”
