"All occupied Azerbaijani territories will be handed over to Azerbaijan. On the other hand, does the Armenian leader sign this agreement? Yes. "
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said at a briefing held in Baku on November 12, Report informs.
"İf Armenians say that we have already signed a ceasefire, and will violate it again, then they will pay the price for it. "Azerbaijan is not eager to shed blood. Azerbaijan does not seek to shed blood and has long suffered for a peaceful solution to the conflict, " the Minister said.
