"Agali village is a combination of smart and good infrastructure," UNICEF Representative to Azerbaijan Alex Heikens told Report while sharing his impressions about his visit to Agali village.
"It will be interesting to hear the opinion of the residents after they move to Agali village," he said.
Heikens emphasized that managing water resources and improving their quality require joint action in the region and beyond its borders: "Water quality is a crucial factor in human health."
