13 ICRC vehicles pass freely through Khankandi-Lachin road

Today, a total of 13 vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) were once again allowed to move on the Khankandi-Lachin road passing through Shusha.
Report informs that the movement of vehicles was ensured without hindrance.
Thus, eight cars and five trucks crossed from Khankandi to Lachin.
There were civilians as well as small children in the vehicles belonging to the international organization.
This shows once again that there are no restrictions on the passage of humanitarian vehicles.
