Uzbek low-cost airline to purchase 12 ATR aircraft

Uzbek low-cost airline Silk Avia will purchase 12 aircraft of the Franco-Italian concern ATR by 2025, according to the decree of Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Report informs referring to Uzbek media.
These aircraft will be used for domestic and international flights.
The airline’s strategy provides for an increase of the number of flights from 28 to 216, the volume of traffic from 2,000 to 14,000 passengers, and the number of directions from 10 to 54 by that time.
