Up to 5,000 additional passengers per day may use railways during COP29

Railways will be able to transport up to 5,000 additional passengers daily During COP29, said Azer Farajov, the head of the Passenger Transportation Department of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY), according to Report.
"We have planned for this maximum number. Currently, 27,000 passengers use Baku Railway Station daily. During COP29, approximately 32,000 passengers will be able to use this station," he emphasized.
Farajov believes that the existing trains are sufficient to transport passengers willing to use the railway.
