UN-Habitat: Progress towards achieving SDGs remains insufficient

Progress towards achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) remains insufficient, UN-Habitat representative Jose Chong said at WUF13 in Baku, Report informs.
He stated that the organization is working to promote the New Urban Agenda and the SDGs.
"The Sustainable Development Goals are the UN's core framework, and monitoring their implementation is crucial. Without measurable indicators, progress is impossible," he said.
Chong emphasized that with only four years remaining until the 2030 Agenda, the world is still far from achieving the SDGs.
