Rashad Nabiyev: Transit cargo transportation through Azerbaijan up 57%

In January 2023, the volume of transit cargo transportation through Azerbaijan amounted to 843,000 tons, which is 57% more than in the same period last year, Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev wrote on his Twitter page, Report informs.

The minister noted that the volume of goods transported in January this year is 306,000 tons more than in the same period in 2022: “535,000 tons of goods were transported by rail and 308,000 tons by road.”
