Ranking of most punctual airlines for January

China Southern (China) and Ural Airlines (Russia) achieved a 100% punctuality rate in January 2020 when departing from Baku, according to the ranking of the most punctual airlines for January 2020, compiled by Heydar Aliyev International Airport. 

Report says, citing the ranking, that Aeroflot, Etihad Airways, and Turkish Airlines performed at least 90% of flights on time.

Kuwait Airways (88.9%), UIA (88.2%), Nordwind (87.5%), and Iraqi Airways (85.7%) also achieved high results.

The statistics for January 2020 shows that 71% of the flights were operated by schedule or delayed by no more than 15 minutes.

In 2020, Heydar Aliyev International Airport served 32 airlines, flying to more than 60 destinations.
