Putin allows registration of rights to leased foreign aircraft

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on measures to support civil aviation, which allows registering the rights to foreign aircraft leased by Russian companies, Report informs.
The law will allow Russian companies to keep these planes in hangars and use them on domestic routes.
