POS terminals to be installed in taxis in Azerbaijan

POS terminals for cashless payment will be installed in taxi cars in Azerbaijan.

Report informs that this was reflected in the "Requirements for the technical indicators, internal, and external design of vehicles used in passenger transportation by regular and taxi cars" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers today.

According to the decision, taxi cars used by legal entities or private entrepreneurs for passenger transportation must have a POS terminal for non-cash payment.
