Port of Baku: ‘We support development of supply chains along Middle Corridor’

Baku International Sea Trade Port CJSC supports the development of trade, logistics and supply chains along the Middle Corridor, which effectively connects Asia and Europe, chief operating officer of Baku International Sea Trade Port CJSC, Eugene Seah, said at an event in the Baku port within the 42nd meeting of the BSEC General Assembly in Baku, Report informs.
“This strategic path helps stimulate the development of efficient and cost-effective transport capabilities, trade and connectivity across Eurasia. The Port is committed to minimizing its environmental impact through the use of environmentally efficient practices, renewable energy and responsible resource management, with a strong focus on environmental sustainability,” he noted.
