Passenger transportation via railway more than doubles in Azerbaijan

In January 2022, the railway transport carried 1.2 million tons of cargo and 308,000 passengers, respectively, up 1.2% and 2.4-fold from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.
In the reporting period, 445 wagons were loaded, and 379 unloaded per day.
