Landfill site under establishment in Azerbaijan’s Kalbajar and Lachin

Preparation of project-estimate documents for safe solid waste landfills in the administrative areas of the Kalbajar and Lachin districts has been launched, Report informs, citing the Tamiz Shahar (Clean City) OJSC.

According to the information, the landfill located in both districts will cover 10 hectares and have a capacity of 50,000 cubic meters. Engineering geological and hydrological exploration works will be carried out in the area where both landfills are located.
