Georgia and Uzbekistan mull cooperation on Middle Corridor

Georgia highlighted the importance of cooperation in the transport sector to realize the potential of the Middle Corridor and improve connectivity with Central Asia, Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili said on X, Report informs.
On Tuesday, the Georgian speaker hosted the Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, in the parliament.
"Highlighted importance of cooperation in transport sector to realize the potential of the Middle Corridor and improve connectivity with Central Asia. Expressed readiness to boost people-to-people ties through cultural and educational exchange," Papuashvili wrote.
