Azerbaijan's logistics company buys 100 carriages from Russia

Alyans Logistic, a forwarding company of the Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, has stressed the intention to expand its wagon fleet, chairman of the Azerbaijani-Russian Business Council Samad Gurbanov said speaking at the event in Baku.

According to Report, the first real deal has also concluded: "With the financial support of Roseximbank and assistance of the Russian export center, Alyans Logistic bought 100 carriages from Russia's RM Rail. The deal has already been implemented, and the advance payment made. Roseximbank and the Russian export center have provided a high level of support to Azerbaijani companies in search for suppliers and transaction services."

Gurbanov did not want to disclose other commercial details, noting that Roseximbank provides very profitable and attractive conditions.

"There is a great potential in this direction," he said.
